Welcome to the new Long Reach Customer Portal - built using our own Info At Hand Customer Portal.
Our intention with this portal is to provide a place where our clients can come to:
- Get the latest downloads of Info At Hand, the Outlook plug-in, the Customer Portal, and our various other products. (Note: you will still need your license key)
- File service cases and software bugs, and later check on their status
- Collaborate with us on a project – typically when we are building custom software for you
- Access FAQs regarding our products and their use
- Participate in forums discussing our products, how they are used, and the features you might like to see added or improved
This Customer Portal is a new and exciting addition for us – and we will be adding new content over the days, weeks and months to come. Please feel free to let us know what additional content you would like to see here. We hope that this portal will usher in a new level of interaction between The Long Reach and our customers, and that our products and therefore your businesses, will benefit significantly from it.
